They must learn to follow instructions from their boss,how to get along with their co-workers,and,especially if they work in the service sector,how to deal with difficult customers.There are valuable interpersonal skills that must be developed if a person is eventually going to be successful in his or her future career.
Furthermore,seeing how a company oqerates from the inside allows a young person to broaden his or her horizons.Having this wider perspective will ultimately allow the student to perform better in school,too,because she or he will have a richer background to draw upon during clasrroom discussion.
Secondly, students who work part-time are able to earn their own mnney.If children simply receive an allowance from their parents, they may not develop a proper respect for the value of money.Rather
than
simply taking their paqents for granted and assuming that mony will always be available when they need it,working stndents can clearly see the connection between hard work and the financial reward they are able to receive.Students who manage their own finances at a young age are more likely to develop responsible fisical practices that will serve them well as adults. In addition, students who are to some extent financially independent develop self confidence and a higher sense of self wmrth.
At the same time,however these exist potential disadvantages to working in high school,paticularly if the student works so much that his or her studies suffer. The main purpose of high school is ,of course ,classroom study.
However,as long as an appropriate balance is maintained between a student's coursework and her or his extracurricular activities,working a part-time job should not interfere with the student's education. In fact, many schools limit the number of hours a student can work. Ultimately,though,it is both the parents and the individual student's responsibility to ensure that the outside workload is manageable.
Thus,all things considered, the advantages of working during high school greatly outweigh the drawbacks.

I think it is nonsense to make a physical education class mandatory because students who are from around
eighteen to twenty-two can take care of their own health. Surely they have been given some physical education. They must have studied about health and how to maintain it. If they want to do some sports, they canjoin a club,or circle,where they can papticipate in sports they want.There are many clubs and students can choose one or two of them, sometimes more to belong to.
So I think at univercity, physical education should not be mandatory.
Many people feel that computers have been the biggest change in human life
in recent decades. I think so too. So how affected the world we live in?
I think there are three main changes.
One of the biggest change computers have made about our life is that rerated to the use of email. Email and the Internet have dramtically changed our communication during the last 1dcades.At first, email is much faster than usual mail. My letter from Japan used to take one week to reach a friend in America.The friend's response would take the same time to reach me. Now my email will reach the account of my friendin America in a matter of seconds.I often receive her response the next day. I can also send a large amount of document by email as an attached file.The file can be easily edited and reused, because it is digitalized.
The second change is the Internet has had a great influence on other aspects of our life. It changed our way of shopping. American books and other commodities used to be expensive here and limited in variety.Now on the Internet we can buy many books available in America, some books at discount prices. We can also buy many kinds of American medicines which are not available in Japan. Some medicines are several times as cheap as in Japan, and they cost less even if we include the shipping cost.The Internet also has made it easier to get many kinds of imformation.Now it is possible to know on the Internet, for instance, which train I should take at a certain station in order to reach another station on a different line by a certain time.
The third change is the skill of the word processer and memory system.
Especially editing documents has been made easier by cut and paste.Writing a good raport used to require a detailed outline before starting to write,because it was not easy to make changes after writing. Now we can begin by anywhere we want and can work on different parts at the same as our ideas come up to our mind. We can edit as we work. If we need, we can open different files, and refer to or copy parts in different files. Also we can use dictiomaries and spell checkers on computers.
So the computers have been huge change in our life.
Now I will talk about divorce.
Studies show for example Yahoo! that divorce is increasing in many countries.
I think the recent rise in divorce is due to several factors. Now I will say two reasons that I think most important.
The most important facvor is the breakdown of traditional relgious ideas. Marriage used to be a couple's promise to God to stay together ゛…for better or worse, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.″ Now people are more fearful of an expensive divorce settlement than they are of the wrath of God. Thus, we have the rising poqularity of the before marrige legal contract. Apparently, newlyweds are trying toprotect themselves from each other legally, because they're thinking about divorce before they even get married.
At same time, we have abreakdown of traditional family values. People now seem to feel that they have an absolute right to seek individual happiness, and no duty at all to make sacrifices. This was not so in our grandparents' generation. They belived that if spoures ″grew apart ゛or″needed more space,゛they still had to stay married and work through these problems for the sake of the whole family. Now,these whime are considered legitimate reasons to break wedding vows.
In conclusion, it seems that people increasingly think legal contacts are more important than covenants before God, and that personal fulfillment is important than keeping a family intact.So,nowadays divorce rate is increasing.
